UKPHA members are the life-blood of our work.
Contribute to the drumbeat of change.
UKPHA seeks to promote the development of healthy public policy
at all levels of government and across all sectors. We
facilitate knowledge sharing and networking, aiming to support
individuals and organisations who share a common commitment to
promoting the public's health.
UKPHA connects with the grassroots in such a way as to ensure
that on the ground experience of working towards happier, healthy
lives at a local level, is translated into effective policy and
practice. The Special and Strategic Interest
Groups play a crucial role in tackling key issues of
concern, raising awareness and influencing decision makers at all
levels. Drawn from across all sectors and passionate about
public health, these members make a very real contribution to the
political debate and to the future development of public
health.
Our members are extremely important to us and serve to make the
voice of public health stronger and more representative than
ever.
